Draft — last updated 4 November 2026
Terms of use
Turini is an Android app, still in development, made by the Turini team. By using it you agree to these terms.
Drive safely — you are in charge
- Always drive within the law, the speed limit and the conditions of the road, weather and traffic.
- Pace notes are built from map data and can be wrong, missing or late. Roads change, and maps aren’t perfect.
- You, the driver, stay responsible for how you drive. Trust what you see over what Turini says.
- Set Turini up before you drive. Don’t handle your phone while driving.
- Turini is not for racing on public roads.
Speed-camera alerts
Speed-camera alerts are only offered where they are legal. It’s up to you to check the rules where you drive and turn them off if needed.
Early access
Turini is in early access. Features may change, break or be removed. It’s provided as it is, without guarantees that it will work for every road or phone.
Map data
Turini uses data from OpenStreetMap contributors and other services listed in our privacy policy. That data belongs to its owners and is used under their licences.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows, the Turini team isn’t responsible for accidents, fines, damage or loss that come from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
